Arrived in Cahir looking for lunch and this place was amazing. The lazy bean is now situated in this place. My husband and I had a tuna melt and the falafel on speciality bread. Great prices for outstanding food. €16 for both sandwiches, 500 ml diet coke and a San peelegrino. Staff very friendly, couldn't recommend this place enough. Will stop here again.

Owned and operated by Superman himself, this little gem is a well kept secret. Perhaps not anymore !
Get in early for the freshly cooked sausages.... whilst the fragrances are absorbed .... you notice the rest of the breakfast fayre and then go 'all in'.
Irresistible.
Takeaway lunches are great too.
Superman gets up at the crack of dawn 364 days of the year, to bring to the people the best sausages in Tipperary which easily qualifies him as Marvel Superhero of the county.
My loyalty is thus earned. And I recommend the Heritage wholeheartedly.
If you saw Ferris Bueller's Day Off, you will remember that Abe Froman is the Sausage King of Chicago. Pat is the Sausage King of Tipperary.
